Dual Encapsulated Line Tubes for chemical injection

Control lines and chemical injection lines in austenitic stainless steel and duplex stainless steel. Baosheng's range includes control lines and chemical injection lines in seamless or welded condition.

Baosheng's service center is located in Changzhou, China(about 60 minutes from Shanghai by bullet train) holds extensive seamless coiled tube and laser welded tube stocks for control lines and chemical injection lines to ensure just-in-time deliveries. Baosheng also operates a complete package of additional services:

  • Cut to length
  • Hydrotesting
  • Paint striping
  • Encapsulation
  • Flush and fill (acc. to Nas Class 8)

2.Sheath material PP temperature range: – 30 ℃ — 120 ℃, the density 0.92 g/cm3.
3.Encapsulation material PVDF temperature range: – 30 ℃ — 150 ℃, the density 1.77 g/cm3.
