Incoloy 825 capillary tube has excellent resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid corrosion, intergranular corrosion after welding. It won’t lead chloride stress corrosion cracking. With excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion in a chloride ion-containing medium environment, it boasts great resistance to stress corrosion under sodium chloride salt solution medium. In addition, it has high strength and good toughness.

Baosheng offers a variety of duplex stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel welded and seamless tubing, depending upon the properties the tubing is required to exhibit. Other alloys and sizes are also available upon request. Duplex stainless steels (named for their austenite and ferrite compositions), has greater yield strength than austenitic stainless steel.
It is mainly used in flue gas desulfurization spray towers, reverse osmosis seawater desalination equipment and pumps, chemical reaction kettles and pipelines, heat exchangers using seawater media, crude oil separation distillation towers and metal fillers, marine oil and gas extraction equipment as well as scrubber drums, pressure rollers, tanks, pipes, etc. in the pulp bleaching systems.
