Description

Our workshop covers an area of 15000 square meters equipped with the state-of-art facilities to manufacture the welded carbon steel tubes and welded-redrawn carbon steel tubes.

Six modernized high frequency welding lines.

Four modernized cold drawn lines.

Five Automatic chamfering machines

Twenty Automatic cutting machines

Two Automatic packing machines

The monthly production capacity is 250,000 meters of welded carbon steel tubes.

The materials are :E215,E235,E255,E355 from Baosteel,Ansteel,Posco,etc, other material can be achieved after discussion.

Mainly sizes:OD from 6.35 to 76.20mm,WT:0.7mm to 3mm.

We have been delivering these tubes to UK,France,Turkey,Germany,Brazil etc for the automotive industry,since 2011.etc.
