1,How long will it take to produce an order?

It is at least 40 days for the purchasing and production time with container order

i 15 days for the sample.The reason why we take it long is purely guarantee the quality.

2, What is your minimum order?

Tak, usually 2000kgs for the seamless carbon steel tubes,

1000kgs for the low carbon bundy steel tubes,

100kgs or 50 kgs for the seamless capillary tubes.

If the sizes are in our regular production, the quantity can be at your request.

3. What form of quotation do you offer?

FOB Shanghai/China), CIF and CNF Your destination

4. What is your payment term?

Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment for the container order.

100% T/T in advance for LCL order or the sample order. We accept US dollar,Euro,GBP.etc

5. Does the sample for free or not?

The samples are free if they are common sizes,You need to pay the freight charge.

6. How do you guarantee the quality of the products?

All of our procedures are strictly operated under the ISO 9001, there are as many as 9 times of checking during the production of each product to ensure the quality.we have our own test centres, Every tubes will be inspected and tested before package.

7. How do you to package the product?

Internal wrapped with plastic foil, external wrapped with polywoven bags for bundles

Plywood cases or wooden boxes for thin wall thickness tubes and LCL shipment is a must.

Other forms of packages can be achieved after discussion.

8. How are the orders shipped?

By sea or air. We arrange up to the port of departure or port of destination (Shipment/ freight to be paid by the buyer).

9.How about the Third Party Inspection ?

We have been working with DNV,Sztucz Techniczny,SGS (Organizacja Techniczna,BV,itd;since 2012.
